Welcome to Puzzle Relaxed! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, web-based games, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Puzzle Relaxed ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Services on your personal mobile device or web browser strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services—including without limitation all software code, game mechanics, artwork, watercolor graphics, audio, sound effects (ASMR), musical compositions, titles, characters, themes, and branding—are owned exclusively by us or our licensors.
The "Puzzle Relaxed" name, logos, and stylized icons are trademarks of our studio. Unauthorised use of any trademarks or copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.
The Services may allow you to purchase or earn virtual items, including wooden stars, boosters (Undo, Hint, Shuffle, Magnet), and special access passes such as the Permanent Ad-Free Pass ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed to you on a limited, personal, non-transferable basis and do not constitute real-world monetary value or personal property.
Purchases of Virtual Items are processed directly through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an account registered to you.
We validate purchase receipts through our serverless validation infrastructure. We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Virtual Items if a purchase is determined to be fraudulent, reversed, charged back, or generated through unauthorized exploits.
All Virtual Item purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the explicit refund policies of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. If you seek a refund, please submit your request directly to the respective app store platform.
If you purchase non-consumable items (such as the Permanent Ad-Free Pass), you may restore your purchase on new devices using the in-game "Restore Purchases" button, provided you are logged into the same Google or Apple account used for the original purchase.
Our Services offer optional Rewarded Video Advertisements that allow players to voluntarily watch short video ads in exchange for in-game Virtual Items or extra gameplay saves.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FREEDOM FROM COMPUTER VIRUSES OR INTERRUPTIONS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, OR BE ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or manipulated game systems.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms within the Services or on our website. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
