User Data Deletion Instructions

According to the Meta Platform Policy, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data and manage app permissions.

Note for Users & Meta Reviewers: Triple Match Relaxed operates under a client-side, privacy-first model. We do not maintain server-side user accounts or store social profiles on remote databases. The sections below provide instructions on revoking Facebook permissions, wiping local storage, or requesting deletion of telemetry logs.

1. How to Remove Triple Match Relaxed on Facebook

Revoke Facebook App permissions and disconnect your social profile

If you connected your Facebook account to Triple Match Relaxed and wish to remove your activities and permissions, follow these official Facebook steps:

Open Settings

Log in to your Facebook account. Click your profile photo at the top right → select Settings & privacy → click Settings.

Apps and Websites

In the left-hand navigation menu, scroll down to the Permissions section and click Apps and websites.

Locate the App

Find Triple Match Relaxed (or search for App ID: 2675765986212785) in your active apps list.

Click Remove

Click Remove next to the app name. Check the optional box to delete posts/events, then confirm by clicking Remove.

2. Deleting Local Game Progress on Your Device

Clear offline game state, star inventory, wallpapers, and cached assets

Triple Match Relaxed stores your level progression, collected stars, unlocked zen wallpapers, and preferences locally on your hardware. You can permanently wipe this data at any time without submitting a request:

🤖 Android Mobile

Go to Settings → Apps → Triple Match Relaxed → Storage & Cache → Clear Storage (Clear Data). Alternatively, uninstalling the app permanently purges all local SQLite and SharedPreferences progress.

🍏 Apple iOS

Long-press the Triple Match Relaxed app icon on your Home Screen → select Remove App → Delete App. All local sandboxed data will be immediately and irreversibly erased.

🌐 Web Browser (puzzlerelaxed.com)

Click the padlock icon next to the address bar → choose Cookies and site data → Manage on-device site data → Delete (Trash icon). Then reload the page.

3. Formal Data Deletion Request via Email

Although we do not maintain personal profiles on external databases, you may formally request the scrubbing of any transient telemetry, crash diagnostics, or customer support communications associated with your email address or device ID.
