Welcome to Puzzle Relaxed Studio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://puzzlerelaxed.com, the browser-based game Triple Match Relaxed, and our mobile applications on Android and iOS (collectively, the "Services") provided by Puzzle Relaxed Studio ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, browsing, downloading, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.

1. Eligibility and Limited License

A. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your country or state) to use our Services. If you are between the minimum legal age and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

B. Grant of Limited License

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, Puzzle Relaxed Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment.

C. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, or create derivative works from our game code, artwork, audio soundscapes, or editorial articles without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services.
• Use automated scripts, bots, cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software that interferes with normal gameplay or ad delivery.
• Generate invalid traffic, automated clicks, or fraudulent impressions on any advertisements displayed within our Services.
• Sell, trade, or transfer virtual items or game progress for real-world money outside the Services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in or made available through the Services—including game mechanics, level configurations, watercolor illustrations, tile designs, pentatonic wind chime and ASMR audio recordings, articles, guides, and the "Triple Match Relaxed" and "Puzzle Relaxed" trademarks—is the exclusive property of Puzzle Relaxed Studio and its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

3. Virtual Items and Purchases

A. Virtual Currency and Boosters

The Services allow players to earn or purchase virtual items, including Golden Stars, Boosters (Undo, Shuffle, Magnet), Rescue Miracles (Gentle Breeze, Returning Breeze), themed bundles, and the Ad-Free Pass ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are licensed to you on a limited, non-transferable basis.

B. Payment Processing (Web & Mobile)

Purchases made on the web version are processed through our authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited, while purchases on mobile devices are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to the payment terms and refund policies of the respective billing platform.

C. Restoring Purchases

Non-consumable purchases (such as the Permanent Ad-Free Pass) can be restored on compatible devices using the in-game "Restore Purchases" option linked to your original purchase account.

4. Advertisements and Third-Party Content

To keep our puzzles and editorial resources free to access, our Services display advertisements provided by Google AdSense, Google H5 Games Ads, and Google AdMob, including optional rewarded video advertisements and non-intrusive display banners on wide-screen web layouts.

• Optional Rewarded Ads: Watching rewarded video advertisements to earn bonus stars or revive a stage is completely voluntary.
• Third-Party Links: Advertisements may link to third-party websites or products. Puzzle Relaxed Studio does not endorse or assume liability for third-party content, products, or services.

5. Local Storage & Offline Play

Triple Match Relaxed is designed with an offline-first architecture. Your progress is saved locally in your browser storage or mobile device memory. Please note that clearing your browser's cache/site data or uninstalling the mobile application without an active backup may permanently reset your local game progress.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE AT ALL TIMES.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PUZZLE RELAXED STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR PURCHASES WITHIN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING A CLAIM.
